BTV Development, LP has engaged Gunnell Construction in the performance of tenant improvement work in the past few years at our Crown Corporate Center development. Gunnell was engaged to do the TI for the State of California Administrative Office of the Courts which was approximately 36,500 square feet of improvements.
Gunnell was very professional and experienced in all aspects of their work. Their cost estimation was accurate, timely, and professionally presented. Their job site was run in an efficient manner and their communication with us was regular and informative. Our weekly meetings with the user (State of California) were helpful in keeping the user current on the status of the TI. There were very few change orders other than those prompted by user requests.
BTV recommends Gunnell for tenant improvement work and we intend to obtain bids from them for TIs in the future.
